It is peaceful and quiet and offers sea views from the front of the house and magnificent views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range from the entrance courtyard.



This double storey villa offers five luxurious bedrooms (featuring two main suites), four of which are en-suite and the fifth has its own dedicated bathroom.

Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs as well as the TV area with satellite TV as well as many books to enjoy.



Downstairs are a further two bedrooms as well as the open plan living/entertainment area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a separate laundry and scullery as well as a cellar.
